We take rule violations extremely seriously. Your participation in this community is a privilege, not a right. One strike and you're out.

🔒 Anonymity & Safety
- Never use identifiable information in your username or posts
- Do not share specific workplace details that could identify your location
- Never post about ongoing investigations or legal proceedings
- Do not attempt to identify other members
- Use VPNs and private browsing for additional protection
🚫 Prohibited Content
- No personal attacks, harassment, or bullying of any kind
- No doxxing or sharing of personal information
- No threats of violence or illegal activity
- No sharing of confidential company documents or information
- No discriminatory language or hate speech
⚖️ Legal Boundaries
- Do not organize or promote illegal activities
- No sharing of proprietary or copyrighted material
- Do not use the platform for commercial purposes
- No attempts to circumvent bans or suspensions
- Respect all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN OFFENSES
The following violations will result in immediate, permanent banning without warning:
- Attempting to identify or dox other members
- Sharing confidential company information or trade secrets
- Threats of violence against individuals or groups
- Posting content that could reasonably get someone fired
- Attempting to infiltrate the community on behalf of management
ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES
- First Violation: Immediate 30-day suspension and permanent mark on your account
- Second Violation: Permanent ban from all community features
- Zero-Tolerance Violations: Immediate permanent ban with no appeal process
- Ban Evasion: IP blocking and legal action if necessary
- Legal Violations: Cooperation with law enforcement when required by subpoena
General Terms & Conditions
1. Account Registration and Security
By creating an account on StaffRoomCentral, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years of age to participate
2. User Content and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you post but grant StaffRoomCentral a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and modify your content for platform operation.
You are solely responsible for:

- Backing up important content as we don't guarantee permanent storage
